Arrived at Alhambra CA, in 1939 and moved to El Monte CA
During WWII ,I stayed with my Grandmother"Nanna" while Mom went to work for Douglas Aircraft Co. in Lakewood.All the while my Dad was working for Southrn Calif Gas Co. By moving to my Grandmothers I had to transfer to a new school, and since my birthday was in December, I got to spend 1. years in the first grade.At the end of the War,I moved back with my Mom and Dad. I attended Potrero Elementary School, then on to Columbia Junior High School, and finally El Monte High School.
After graduation I attended College at Mt. San Antonio Community College, Mexico City College,back to Mt SAC, then to Cal Poly, Pomona, back to Mt. SAC (too much partying, therefore falling grades!), and finally back to Cal Poly.
I Majored in Political Science, with Minors in Biology, Psychology, History and Entomology.
